The Art of Living
"The Master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him, he is always doing both." (Zen Buddhist Text)
For a Jedi, work is work. Play is play. Yet, most importantly of all, it is all done at the same time. We do what we have to do, even though others dont see it the same. Our form of existence is to preserve the right of an individual and of a society whatever the cost, even our own selves.
Whatever we execute and pursue, we are accomplishing what has been expected of us. Our design. Our intention as a being. The matter of simply being of existence is to serve one's purpose. We are pursuers of truth, of moral, of peace and justice. To some, we may be heros, to others we may be villains, yet to the Force, we are what is. A part of the cycle that life has given us, a part of our own universe.
We must all comprehend that what is...is what was, as well as what will be. It simply is. This is the art of endurance.
Life goes on.
