Jedi Battle Meditation

Prep:
For practice, loose clothing, but in real battle you'll might not have
that advantage...
Technique:
First:
Lay on your back. Use your calming breath technique, and close your eyes.
Second:
Use you levitation skills to lift yourself completely off the ground (note: Practice this until you can lift yourself far enough off the ground so that it you were to move around you wouldn't hit anything).
Third:
Let the Force flow through you. Slip into a meditation, then further into a trance, but continue to let the Force flow over you. Give the Force and your danger sense (You must be able to trust your danger sense) control over your body.
Fourth:
Whenever you sense danger your senses should react by moving your body around and awaking you for greater danger. One of the best things about this technique is that it is easily modifiable. You can make other things happen when you are in your transitive state. For example, in mine, I project my sphere of responsibility out, change the regular trance into a healing trance, project a small shield in case of rain or small stones, and make it to where any sentient thing that steps inside my sphere of responsibility ceases to see me. However, the more things you do the harder it is to stay under the trance. And the harder it is to start it.
