The uses of this are obvious. It can be used to wake you up quicker, remove weariness and a number of other things...
Prep: Not much, loose clothing, the usual.
Technique: This technique is short and sweet, one of the best things about it... First, stretch out with the Force, feel it around you, now sense you body, sense all the weariness (also, grogginess, sleepiness, etc.
Basically, whatever you want to remove.) Now move the flow of the Force to go over you.
Now begin to push out all the weariness, and let the Force fill those spots. Also, if you want an extra boost, find the glands in your body that control adrenaline. Squeeze them or use the Force to push the stored adrenaline out.
