Terms, Conditions & Guidelines
It is important to us that all members who attend or plan to attend a Jedi Gathering are aware of the common Terms, Conditions & Guidelines of meeting a bunch of self proclaimed Jedi, offline, in new locations and places. We want to both ensure your safety as well as the safety of our members, organizers and the property we gather at. We are extending an olive branch of trust in you just as you are to us.
As such, below is a detailed resource on common Terms, Conditions & Guidelines as well as downloadable waivers and forms your host can print and hand out as extra precautions.
Please Note that these T.C&G's as well as provided waivers and forms are optional and not always shared or used by every host.

Overview
Jedi Gatherings is a meeting between like minded individuals in a off the internet location such as: A campground, cabin rental, hotel, restaurant, park, or in some cases a private residence. These meetings are dedicated towards the social connection of people who believe or find common interest in Jediism/Jedi Realism and to train in Jedi created practices.
Location(s)
Locations are selected either by the host or by group votes. Either option includes the use of public resources. All participating members are expected to respect property of use no matter the location.
Any damage done to property is paid and handled by the member or members of concern. (In other words if you break it you buy it. Don't expect your host or your comrades to cover for you.)
Your host may or may not require you to sign a Waiver/Release of Liability Form as extra precaution.
Practice(s)
(From the moment of attendance to the moment of departure all members are considered in practice. Even if members are just hanging around talking and/or resting)
Jedi Practices are presented and often labeled as "Workshops." Workshops include anything a participating member wishes to share with others at the Gathering. Common practices are (but not limited to): Meditation, Shamanic Journeys, Yoga, Sword Practice and/or Choreography, wilderness survival, search and rescue, lectures and team building skills.
Any accident on person or person's during such events is at your own risk. If you participate you do so knowing accidents, damage and/or injury is possible. Be sure to keep yourself and your health guarded with appropriate research and preparation (Such as but not limited to: Plenty of water, health supplies such as medications, sun and bug blocks, Mouth Guard, wrist brace or approved martial art protective gear)

Personal Safety
You are willingly attending a gathering of people from all over the states/world. You are willingly attending a gathering of strangers and people you may or may not have met. You are expected to do your own research and work required to learn the safety and/or risks. Jedi Gatherings strives to ensure a Safe Environment for all but ultimately you are responsible for you. Please open communication with your hosts, the gatherings members, and the many various online jediism/jedi realist groups to better know what you are attending and who you are attending it with.

Age of Attendance
Not only to protect yourself but to protect our hosts from legal persecution - all attending members must be of legal consenting age to attend off the internet gatherings (Generally over 21) or be escorted by a parent and/or legal guardian.
