Chapters came around a couple years after the first few gatherings. Discussions were brought up about ways to further encourage Offline Training.
It was suggested that each state in America could build "Chapters" These "Chapters" would all be handled offline, would have a leader, and a handful of members who meet in public places, train in Jedi Skill Sets and perform charitable deeds in their local area.
Each Chapter falls into their own customs, ceremonies, traditions and practices. Every host as well as the chapter members will have their own ideas and methods in mind.
Once a chapter was formed coordination, scheduling and plans would be recorded online. The Jedi Resource Center, an online forum was the most common place to visit for information on chapters and gatherings. Today, you will most likely find them communicating together on Facebook.
Offline Jedi Directory: Just Jedi has worked to assemble a directory to help our members scout these Chapters should they wish to learn more.
Journal Entry: If you could create and lead an offline Jedi Chapter, what would you base it around, what sort of events, training, and celebrations would you hold? If you already host a chapter, write about it!
