Force Meditation:
Technique by: Stan C of Project Jedi
First, you have to get comfortable. I recommend first-timers lie down. As you get better at this you should try sitting, and then standing. But above all you must have good posture while doing this. If you have a problem getting comfortable, stretch and pop your joints.
Do the breathing exercise (the one I sent to you earlier) after the exercise do a regular meditation. This should put you in the proper state.
Now close your eyes, clear your mind and relax. Summon the Force to you. Focus only on the force, it is your world for the moment. Imagine the Force flowing around you, into you, inside you, and back out of you. It helps to visualize it. I pictured it as a visible wind whipping all around and through me, and I gave it a white tint. Do whatever you want. Do this for a few minutes to get used to it.
When you're ready, gather the Force above your chest and hold it there (you can control it) and then make it charge into your heart. Feel it pulse inside your heart, hold it there and let it grow strong. Then let it go through your blood vessels all through you. Feel the force get stronger a it moves. Concentrate on it, keep picturing it. Let it flow to every part of you and concentrate on it for a few minutes before moving on.
After this, concentrate the force above you brain and skull, then do the same with your nerves and bones as you did with your blood vessels. Also hit all the organs. Get your insides totally pulsing with the Force, you should feel like you could lift a car, or something macho like that.
Now that your guts are powered up, it's time for your outside. Let the force swirl all around your body. Then, starting at a certain body part, spread the Force over your body. If you start with the head, you'd concentrate the Force up in your hair, then move it so it coats your face and head, down your neck, across you chest and all over your body (front and back) until you reach your toes. Make your entire body burn with energy.
If you have a problem with some body parts, like you can't feel the force in exceptional amounts in those areas, don't worry. Just do the rest of your body an hit those areas later. You'll get it eventually.
At this point you should feel like a bomb, so take a deep breath. Now for some fun. Imagine a fire (the fire is the force, of course, so it should be made of the Force) bursting from underneath you. let it engulf you and burn you. After this, you should feel very much like you can fly (resist that urge) That's all for now. There is another part to this, but I'll post it later.
Now for tips:
Keep imagining the Force cycling through you and around you during the whole exercise. Don't break the circle. If you feel like your body can't contain all the energy, take a deep breath and refocus yourself. When you're all done, concentrate on the Force for a bit, then go about your business. You'll no doubt notice some interesting things about the Force you didn't know before.
May the Force be with you
