Lesson 5: Teamwork

"United we stand...divided we fall."

We as Light Jedi are unique. We are unique in the drive that we have to protect life with the gifts we have been given. We are unique in our techniques: order over chaos, tranquility over entropy. So what? What do these factors that set us apart from all others do for us?

The answer is simple: they unite us. Light Jedi by their nature are a group, a common body. It is important to understand your fellows that you might better understand the common goal you all strive for. While the Dark Jedi try their best to climb over each other to get to the top, the Light Jedi come together and build a stairway. This is your greatest asset; do not underestimate it.

With such a team comes the need for trust. Light Jedi are also unique in that they are trustworthy. You can believe them, confide in them. Do so. For those that worry about their giving the secrets to the Dark Side if they fall, remember this. The fact that you confide in your fellows only ties the common together; trust is the binding fabric of the team.
