Relaxation

Preparation:
Wear as loose-fitting and comfortable clothing as possible. Turn off all distraction possible, so that not to break the concentration. Lie in a comfortable position, and calm yourself with the Calming Breath technique. If you do not know the Calming Breath, learn it now. Once completely calm, regulate your breathing to a slow, steady pace.
Step One:
Once calmed completely, be sure all distractions are away: no radio, no TV, no anything, just silence. Bask in the silence for a short time, then take your mind and focus all your energy on soothing your feet, massage the pain away with the Force.
Repeat the same step on all parts of your body, working your way up it.
Step Two:
Once you reach the chest, work your way down top of your arms, then work your way back up them along the bottom of your arms. Once you have reached the shoulders, work your way to the top of your neck.
Step Three:
Now, shut your eyes, and concentrate on soothing each part of your face individually, do this until you can feel the Force flowing through you. You may use this for any reason...including tests in both school and work.
