Man, it is quiet here. I don't know...might a good thing. I just thought it might be easier to do my studies and stuff all one site. Don't guess i should care if any one sees it or comments or what ever. I been kinda lazy awhile...I was living healthy when i broke my leg and in the hospital...kinda need to get back to that. I would also, like to study this i was interested in it and still am. Kind of interesting before, i got on disability for mental illness i complained cause i worked to much and do nothing. seems i still do nothing. Well, let's quit going over and over about it. Nothing, says i can't get back into this stuff. This is not the only thing i want to do. Kinda wish i could just write about it all in place. guess, i can do that on google drive. I thought i would check this out. Well, i think i will do a lesson...i thought about studying the Jedi Holocron too i dunno

What is your background in religion, philosophy and/or spiritual pursuit? Do you follow any asides Jediism/Realism?
Tell us about the similarities you see in the ones you came from. What about their differences?
I was raised Christian but, studied other religions later. Jedi sorta sounds like what i learned learning about law of attraction. Everything is energy, thoughts create reality. I think it is differnt from Christianity it don't have some God judging you or bashes other religions. I like the idea everything is the force. Wow, so George Lucus created something that is the essence of all religions. I think all religions pretty much talk about there being a God, good and evil. I got a feeling i will see alot more in my studies
Have you earned Jedi Ranks before? If so, tell us about it! If this is your first time, how does aiming towards ranks make you feel?
Name: Not one yet, maybe some day i will. It might feel good to earn a title
How many Jedi groups do you participate in? List them in your Journal and write a brief description about what you like about them and what you dislike about them. How did you find Just Jedi?
I am in the Jedi Church, Temple of Jedi Order and Just Jedi. Not sure what my opinion is just yet. I thought about checking out Jedi Realism too. I do like that TOTJO has so many books to read and forums for differnt thing. I found this group on face book looking for groups.
Would you wear robes and/or toy saber hilts to represent your faith in Jediism? Why or why not?
Probally, not in this town maybe some where acceptable. But, i do like the idea of wearing a robe meditating or during rituals. I usually don't but, when i think about it it probally does make it more special and sacred. I have heard of cosplay but, now i think i get it better. I am sure at sci fi conventions or some where some body will dress up for fun. But, some take it seriously and it is a religion. Although, nothing is against fun if you want to do both. I have a Witches robe not really a Jedi stye robe. might be interesting to get one. When i first got into this i bought a little figuring of Yoda and put it with my God and Goddess collection. Just a symbol of my Jedi Journey and I think Yoda had some good ideas. Even if he is a robot and some actor. I heard the Jedi way is based on alot of religions and the movies are too. As many religions as i have studied now if i watched all the StarWars movies i could probally see that. I am getting them some day.
Welcome and keep up the good work!
What is a Jedi?
I guess I better learn the keystones it says on the question they are what you are supposed to do. What little i know i do like. Your supposed to improve yourself, it believes everything is the force. all religions are acceptable. I like Yoda but, don't guess that counts as anything. One time i bought a Yoda statue to symbolism my training. I was on some forum i need to get back on too. I can learn here too. You know if you wanted to make a good vegetable soup you'd get different vegetables and I don't know you might check out other stores. I love studying religions it is like going in a fruit garden eating fruit. It is tasty and can't get enough. I guess that is my definition of a Jedi. Man, with all the courses they got they love to learn that is for sure.
