Force Kaio- Ken

Firstly, you'll want to do this standing up, because of the imagery of the flame. Loosen up, put your hands near your hips (this makes you more "ready", but not too loose if you had just kept your hands by your side). Breath deeply, and just get a rythm first. If you're having a cold, too much steam (like your doing it in the shower), or anything that hinders breathing rythm, you should try it somewhere else. Close your eyes, and imagine a glowing yellow flame around your body. Hear the pulsing waves of it, and gather the Force around you, into the shape of the flame you are imagining.
After the build-up of the flame is complete, just keep gathering more energy from the flame. You are cultivating the energy, gathering it around you in a continous motion (instead of just all-around). At a certain point, your body will suddenly feel "weighed-down but loose". Describing this feeling is pointless, you will understand when you have felt it. At this point, you are truly at the "powering-up" phase, because the Force is coursing through your entire body. You will not even feel your own existence, it will feel as if your body is just a shell for the Force.
If you stop now, you will have a higher attunement to the Force for a while, everything you touch, sense, will have a heightened acuteness. I suppose this is what most people will use it for.
For the advanced Jedi , I do believe there is a higher level, (as does Jedi Steffen). By continuing to gather more and more, you will reach a point where there is *near* perfect connection, as one with the Force. I have done this once, and ended up gasping for breath with red eyes. All your senses would be highly attuned, and your energy would pulsate throughour your body.
This is NOT a safe technique, nor do I suggest its use to anybody. Its not good to charge up your Force like that too often (if at all). If you want to try it once or twice to learn how to do it, and save it for future reference, I believe that would be the best use for it.
